Dr. Meetu Mahendra

Dentist

Dr. Meetu Mahendra is a dedicated and compassionate dentist who has been proudly serving the Cambridge community since 2009. Originally from India, she graduated from dental school in 2000 before moving to Canada, where she recertified and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree with Honours from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry in 2005.

With over two decades of experience, Dr. Meetu is committed to delivering high-quality dental care in a warm and comfortable environment. She believes in listening to her patients' needs, educating them through clear communication, and working together to achieve optimal oral health. Her passion for dentistry stems from her lifelong desire to improve the quality of life for others through healthcare.

Dr. Tushar Mahendra

Dentist

Dr. Tushar Mahendra is a skilled and compassionate dentist dedicated to exceptional patient care. He earned his dental degree from Pune University, India, in 2000, followed by a one-year general residency and a teaching role in Lucknow, India. After moving to Canada in 2002, he was selected from 1,500 foreign-trained dentists to join the University of Toronto’s recertification program, where he graduated with Honours in 2005.

With experience practicing in Cobourg and Port Perry, Dr. Mahendra later joined his wife, Dr. Meetu Mahendra, in practice at Saginaw Dental Centre before co-founding King Street Dentistry.

A Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, Dr. Mahendra has completed advanced implant training with Dr. Ken Hebel and Dr. Carl Misch. He is an active member of the:

Ontario Dental Association
Wellington-Waterloo Dental Association

Outside of dentistry, he enjoys hiking, biking, and gardening. A thrill-seeker at heart, he has raced NASCARs, Lamborghinis, and Ferraris and completed the CN Tower EdgeWalk—with skydiving next on his bucket list!

Dr. Hur

Dentist

Dr. Hur is a highly skilled and compassionate dentist committed to providing exceptional patient care. Originally from South Korea, she moved to Waterloo, Ontario, in 1999, where she continues to reside. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Toronto in 2007 and has since dedicated herself to delivering precise, patient-focused dental care.

As an active member of the Ontario Dental Association, Canadian Dental Association, and the American Academy of General Dentistry, Dr. Hur is known for her gentle approach, patience, and ability to truly listen to her patients' needs. Her expertise in oral surgery is a valued asset to our practice, enhancing the level of care we provide.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Hur enjoys staying active through sports and expanding her knowledge through reading. Her passion for learning and commitment to excellence make her a trusted and valued member of our team.

Sam

Dental Administrator

Samanta is a trained dentist from Mexico, where she was born and raised. After practicing dentistry for several years, she moved to Brazil with the love of her life. While waiting for her diploma validation, she discovered a passion for administration and project management while working for a non-profit dental organization for three years.

Her move to Canada was a family goal, and she found the perfect fit in dental office administration and patient care. With her cheerful personality and great sense of humor, Samanta helps create a welcoming and comfortable environment for every patient.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, learning about different cultures and traditions, and indulging in homemade food!

Corina

Registered Dental Hygienist

Born and raised in Kitchener, Ontario, Corina has always had a passion for dentistry. Inspired by her childhood dentist, she loved visiting the dental office and wanted to create the same positive experience for her own patients.

She graduated with Honours from Dental Hygiene College in Hamilton in 2007 and has been dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles ever since. Corina’s gentle approach and commitment to quality care make her a valued member of our team.

Outside of work, she enjoys playing softball and fishing with her kids. Her favorite part of being a dental hygienist is providing patients with exceptional care and seeing them leave with a great smile!

Fatima

Registered Dental Hygienist

Born in Brantford, Ontario, Fatima has had the unique experience of growing up between Ontario, Newfoundland, Pakistan, and Dubai, embracing diverse cultures along the way.

She is passionate about creating a comfortable and educational experience for patients of all ages, ensuring that every visit to the dental office is positive and stress-free. After high school, she pursued her passion for oral health, graduating with Honours from SODC in Hamilton in 2023. Committed to continuous learning, she is currently working toward a Bachelor’s in Health Science.

Outside of work, Fatima enjoys running, hiking, crocheting, and painting—always finding new ways to express her creativity and stay active!

Tina

Certified Dental Assistant

Tina was born and raised in India before moving to the United Kingdom in 1997, where she completed her Certified Dental Assisting accreditation at West Thames College. With her enthusiastic personality and warm demeanor, she is a valued member of our clinical team, bringing both expertise and compassion to patient care.

Tina has always been passionate about dentistry, and her extensive experience includes assisting in restorative, cosmetic dentistry, crowns and bridges, and root canal treatments. Her dedication to ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for patients makes her an invaluable part of our practice.

Outside of work, Tina enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves cooking for her two sons. We are truly honored to have her as a key member of our King Street Dentistry team!
