At King Street Dentistry, we follow the Ontario Dental Association (ODA) Fee Guide—a standardized and regulated list of fees for dental services across Ontario. All dentists in the province are required to adhere to this guide, ensuring consistency and transparency in pricing.
We offer direct billing to your insurance provider, accepting payment from them on your behalf. You are only responsible for the co-payment. For example, if your dental treatment totals $100 and your insurance covers 80%, we bill the insurer for $80 and collect the remaining $20 from you at the end of your visit.
To avoid any surprises, we review all treatment options and associated costs with you in advance. For added peace of mind, our team can also submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance provider, so you receive a clear breakdown of your coverage. This service is offered free of charge as a courtesy to our patients.
We also provide a 10% discount based on the ODA Fee Guide for patients without insurance, as well as a 10% courtesy discount for seniors.
